Team Camp
Three nights that set the tone for the season. All 18 Coastal Rush teams on site together, every player tested, every kit pressed, every U16 and older family in the room for the college conversation.
What is Team Camp?
The Coastal Team Camp will have all 18 Coastal Rush ECNL and ECNL RL teams on site together to get the season kicked off for the 26/27 season. The center of the week is Tuesday, when every team rotates through three stations in one evening: skill testing, field training, and media and culture.
Every session takes place at Ashton Brosnaham Park in Pensacola. Open to U13 through U19 ECNL and ECNL RL players. Attendance is expected for every rostered player, and there is no separate sign up.
The Team Camp package is $50 per player. That simply covers what it takes to run a full multi-team camp for all 18 teams. Collected through your AthleteOne account.

Pillar 01 Team building and training Full team sessions, goalkeeper training, team meetings, and media day.
Three nights of full team sessions at Ashton Brosnaham with every Coastal Rush group on the same site. That does not happen again until playoffs.
Field sessions
Half a field per team on Tuesday, then full team training Wednesday and Thursday. Coaches set standards, install shape, and finalize roles before league play.
Goalkeeper training
Dedicated GK work on Field 5B Tuesday and Field 5A Thursday, separate from outfield sessions, before keepers rejoin their teams.
Team meetings
Expectations, communication, and the season calendar, covered once and covered properly with the coaching staff.
Media day
Team and individual photos in kit at the stadium backdrop, plus headshot makeups. Used for rosters, recruiting profiles, and club channels all season.
Kit and jersey pressing
Every team's first stop Tuesday is to meet the team manager to drop 26/27 game jerseys for heat pressing and kit inventory. Jerseys come back at the end of your last training night.
Team goals
Players meet their new teammates, set team goals together, and start 26/27 with a clear target in mind.
Pillar 02 CAP Talks Players only recruiting session for U16 to U19, with a follow up email to parents.
Our College Advisory Program staff run a recruiting Q and A in the Multipurpose Room on Tuesday night, built into the media and culture rotation. It is a working session, not a sales pitch. Players leave knowing what happens next and what they should be doing this season.
Who: U16 through U19, boys and girls. Younger age groups have a team meeting with their manager in the same block instead.
Parents: this session is for players only. We want them asking their own questions and owning their own process. You will receive a full email after camp covering everything discussed, plus your next steps by age group.

Pillar 03 SkillMasters testing Laser-timed speed, agility, and ball control, with a full report for every player.
Most player feedback is an opinion. Skill testing is a number. At Team Camp, every Coastal Rush player runs through the SkillMasters testing battery: laser timing gates for speed and agility, and AI-verified video for ball control. No stopwatches, no guesswork, no coach bias.
Results are scored against a database of more than 150,000 athletes, so your player is not just compared to their team. They are compared to their age group nationally.
Testing runs Tuesday, August 4 only, on Fields 9 and 10, inside your team's rotation.
Speed
Straight-line acceleration and top-end speed through laser gates. Produces a Universal Speed Rating that can be tracked test over test.
Agility
Change of direction, deceleration, and reaction under timed conditions. This is the number that separates fast players from quick players.
Ball control
Technical execution under time pressure, verified by video analysis rather than a coach counting reps on the sideline.
